At Victory Ministry LC, we believe that every person can break free from the chains of addiction through faith and a supportive community. Led by Pastor Michael Jimenez, our Christian church offers a sober living environment in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Our free, faith-based residential sober living program is specifically designed to help men struggling with addiction find hope and healing. We are committed to improving our community by empowering men to lead sober, fulfilling lives.
OUR PROGRAM OFFERS
At Victory Ministry LC, we provide a safe and supportive environment for men to transition towards a life of purpose and sober living in Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico.
Our program includes:
Sober Living: The ministry offers a comprehensive and structured sober residential program for men seeking life without addiction. Participants reside at the facility under the guidance of Pastor Michael, engaging in Bible study, spiritual counseling, and various activities that promote personal growth, sobriety, and spiritual development.
Community Outreach: Victory Ministry actively reaches out to the local community through street evangelism, sharing the message of God's love and providing support to individuals in need. This outreach program also serves as an opportunity to identify potential candidates who may benefit from the ministry's residential sober living program.
Fundraising Activities: The ministry organizes a weekly car wash to raise funds for rent and other operational expenses. This activity not only generates financial support but also provides an opportunity for the participants to contribute and develop valuable skills.
My Testimony
My name is Michael Jimenez and as an adolescent I was rebellious and disobedient to my parents. I started at a young age to hang out at raves and parties getting into trouble. In school I was voted for president and party animal thinking I could do both. Going to college I was focused on partying more than school work. I first started using drugs just on the weekends, and before I knew it , it became a lifestyle. I tried stopping on my own but couldn't cause I was chained in addiction.
While in Jail someone came to visit me and asked if I believed in Jesus. They let me know of a place called Victory Ministry where Christ can change my life. They excepted me at 3 a.m. and ever since then my life changed. Christ took all my addictions away and showed me how much he loved me by giving his life on the cross to set me free. I surrendered my life and am now a completely new creation, teaching and preaching the Word of God. Jesus Christ has restored my life to better than before and has now giving me a family to lead to Christ by my example.
